ShippingSHIPPING:COSH ships via UPS, Fedex Freight, or local van delivery. Refrigerated and hazardous material items, will occur additional charges. Additional charges may apply to goods shipped directly from the supplier. The method of transportation will be selected by COSH unless other arrangements are made with Customer Service. If you request anything other than regular ground, such as NEXT DAY AIR, 2nd DAY AIR, etc., a statement of charges will be faxed for your signature and approval, upon placing your order. All backorders will ship the same day goods are received. Partial shipments are made when necessary or requested, otherwise orders ship when complete. RETURNS & DAMAGES:Carefully inspect all merchandise for any shortages or damages before signing shipping documents. If any shortages occur, make notation on bill of lading or shipping document. Refuse any damaged product, and then notify COSH immediately. Please notify us of any discrepancies within 5 business days from receipt of product. All dated items must be returned within 30 days for credit (subject to supplier). We cannot accept returns on items over 45 days. Credit will be issued in the form of a credit to the customer’s account. Cash refunds are not provided, and all returns are subject to a restocking fee.
